Welcome to St. Mary’s Annapolis! We are a school community centered on faith, tradition, and excellence that serves students from Pre-K through Grade 12.
Located along Spa Creek and just a few steps away from City Dock in Historic Annapolis, we are proud of our long tradition as a parish school founded in 1862 by the Redemptorists with the School Sisters of Notre Dame, who taught and administered the school, arriving in 1868. Our campus features the spectacular St. Mary’s Church as well as the historic home and gardens of Charles Carroll, the only Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence. Our history and tradition permeate all that we do in our school, our parish, and the community at large. St. Mary’s features outstanding athletics, superb artistic production and performing arts, and rigorous academic preparation. Our amazing and caring teachers guide our students in innovative programs that prepare them for the 21st century in STEM, environmental studies, cybersecurity, dual enrollment with Notre Dame of Maryland University and robust service and outreach, in step with the charism of the Redemptorist order.
Come join us in Annapolis and experience the warm embrace of our Catholic community and the love and pride that our students, faculty, staff, families and alumni feel for St. Mary’s School. As we say every day: Once a Saint, Always a Saint!
